On Saturday and Sunday, October 14-15, 2000, the Virginia Aviation Museum hosted SR-71 Forum 2000.  A total of 19 habus participated in the event, including:

Jim GreenwoodSR-71 pilot; one of the last 8 US Air Force blackbird crews
Bill GroningerSR-71 pilot
Mort JarvisSR-71 RSO
Joe KinegoSR-71 pilot, Squadron Commander, and Air Force Wing Commander
Curt OsterheldSR-71 RSO who appeared in SR-71 Blackbird: The Secret Vigil; worked in the Pentagon during the blackbird's 1990 retirement
Lou SchalkLockheed test pilot; first person to fly any blackbird
Jim SheltonSR-71 pilot and squadron commander
Doug SoiferSR-71 RSO; flew 11.5-hour mission in 1987
Frank StampfSR-71 RSO
John StorrieSR-71 pilot and Wing Commander; retired Maj. General; gave Sen. Barry Goldwater his check ride in the SR-71
BC ThomasSR-71 pilot; logged more hours than any other blackbird pilot
Tom VeltriSR-71 RSO; worked in the Pentagon during the blackbird's 1990 retirement
Dewain VickSR-71 RSO; he and Tom Estes received the Harman and Mackay trophies in 1971 for their endurance flight in 968
Ed YeildingSR-71 pilot; he and JT Vida flew the coast-to-coast speed record run in 1990.
